What you will do
- Conduct outbound calls to assigned market segments to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify customer pain points and provide guidance to ensure the adoption of premium features.
- Promote Premium Care services to maximize revenue growth and prevent customer churn.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction and document recurring issues to improve overall product experience.
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately log all interactions within the CRM system.
- Adapt communication styles to meet the needs of non-native English speaking international customers.
Requirements
- Strong command of English with experience in international business communications.
- Proven sales experience combined with a strong customer service mindset.
- Knowledge of WordPress, web hosting, and website management tools.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and manage a personal sales pipeline.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
