What you will do
- Develop business opportunities within the assigned region to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Engage with IT decision-makers via consultative selling to present network and database solutions.
- Partner with sales engineering teams to deliver online product demonstrations.
- Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients.
- Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline reporting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT or software solutions sales.
- Solid understanding of network management, infrastructure monitoring, and database products.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for consultative engagement.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
