What you will do

  • Develop business opportunities within the assigned region to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Engage with IT decision-makers via consultative selling to present network and database solutions.
  • Partner with sales engineering teams to deliver online product demonstrations.
  • Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline reporting within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT or software solutions sales.
  • Solid understanding of network management, infrastructure monitoring, and database products.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for consultative engagement.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
