What you will do

  • Develop regional business opportunities to meet established revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing.
  • Engage IT decision-makers through consultative calls and online product demonstrations.
  • Execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies across observability and database portfolios.
  • Coordinate with channel partners and sales engineering teams to facilitate evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and sales activity records within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within the IT or software solutions industry.
  • Deep understanding of network management, infrastructure monitoring, and database products.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for consultative support.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
