TL;DR

Sales Account Manager (Fintech): Building relationships and driving monetization of the hirify.global platform with an accent on engaging and educating partners on the value of the platform. Focus on consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and upsell the hirify.global Platform.

Location: Onsite in Bali, Indonesia

What you will do

  • Meet key performance indicators on monetization and revenue growth by proactively engaging with partners.
  • Introduce, educate, and convert partners to hirify.global’s payments solution.
  • Optimize listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace.
  • Serve as a dedicated advisor for a pool of partner accounts, assisting them with product adoption.
  • Build relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner transitions.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide product feedback for future releases.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in delivering commercial outcomes in an Account Management role.
  • Commercially motivated with the ability to adapt and achieve targets.
  • Proven experience in using and analyzing data and reporting effectively.
  • Proactive and inquisitive with a desire to learn and improve.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to self-start with a proactive approach.

Nice to have

  • Fluency or conversational skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
