TL;DR

Dealer Account Manager (Fintech): Managing dealer relationships and driving protection product sales within a geographic territory with an accent on F&I (Finance and Insurance) processes and consultative selling. Focus on building dealership partnerships, training sales teams on product systems, and achieving growth objectives in a field-based role.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Nashville, TN or Raleigh, NC territory) with field-based travel expectations

What you will do

  • Manage dealer relationships within an assigned geographic territory to drive product sales and initiatives.
  • Conduct on-site F&I training and menu selling demonstrations for dealership personnel.
  • Drive new account acquisitions and dealer enrollments.
  • Provide quality customer service by resolving administrative and product-related dealership issues.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to represent brand initiatives and systems effectively.
  • Maintain regular, independent communication with dealers to ensure program adoption and growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, lending, or sales.
  • Proven track record of quality sales performance and client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of F&I processes in dealership settings.
  • Ability to travel overnight within the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent extensive professional experience.
