Business Development Specialist (SaaS/Fintech): Driving new business growth by identifying and securing partnerships within the beauty, wellness, and self-care industry with an accent on outreach, product demos, and managing the sales cycle. Location: Onsite in Kuala Lumpur

What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Contact key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches to bring on new business.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners to align solutions to their needs and business objectives.
- Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build relationships.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop.
Nice to have
- Fluency or conversational in English and Malay (Mandarin a bonus).
- Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
