Location: Hybrid role based in DC. In-office attendance is required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and may increase based on project-based needs.

Salary: $127,000 - $145,000 + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Streamline and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from initial vendor evaluation and RFP leadership to final contract execution and renewals.
• Conduct deep-dive spend analysis and track "burn per seat" to identify cost-saving opportunities across our $XXM+ annual vendor spend.
• Lead commercial negotiations for high-value contracts, ensuring best-in-class terms, SLA protections, and pricing.
• Act as an "Internal Consultant" for department heads, helping them define requirements, vet vendors for security/compliance, and manage budgets effectively.
• Implement and optimize our procurement tech stack to automate workflows and provide transparency into company spending.
• Partner with Legal and Security teams to ensure all vendors meet rigorous data privacy and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS or Tech environment; background in procurement required.
• Backgrounds in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Strategic Sourcing, or FinOps are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to build complex ROI models and pivot tables.
• Strong negotiation skills to navigate pricing tactics and secure the best deals.
• Ability to translate complex contractual terms into plain English for non-finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
