Salary: $104,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the financial model by building, maintaining, and continuously improving operating and cash flow models.
• Build and run KPI infrastructure, defining core business and sales KPIs and building dashboards.
• Generate business and sales insights by analyzing revenue, pipeline, sales efficiency, and unit economics.
• Act as a thought partner to leadership, working closely with the Head of FP&A on strategic questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience in consulting and/or high-growth startup environments.
• Strong bias for action with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with planning tools such as Pigment or Anaplan.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
