What you will do

• Lead end-to-end selection and sourcing processes for vendors across Tech, SaaS, Data, and Marketing units.
• Act as the lead negotiator for high-value contracts, optimizing for cost, scalability, and service levels.
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle, conducting regular performance reviews and ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement streamlined, transparent procurement workflows to increase operational efficiency.
• Partner with Legal and Security teams to ensure all vendors meet strict data privacy and compliance protocols.
• Proactively manage renewal calendars to identify opportunities for spend consolidation and cost optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record in high-growth Fintech, Insurtech, or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing Technology/SaaS and third-party data spend categories.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and spend analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting strategic business cases to C-suite leadership.
