What you will do
- Qualify leads and build relationships with prospective customers.
- Network with partners to generate new opportunities for the Direct Sales channel.
- Engage with both outbound and marketing-sourced leads to schedule high-quality demos and discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Manage multiple prospects across different stages of the sales cycle through calls, emails, texts, and social outreach.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including call volume, meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals influenced.
Requirements
- Experience engaging with outbound and marketing-sourced leads to schedule high-quality demos and discovery calls.
- Proficiency in creative prospecting using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, making 80+ outbound calls each day.
- Strong communication skills, especially when navigating objections and turning challenges into opportunities.
