What you will do

• Develop and implement business development strategies for East China and key national markets.
• Lead the acquisition and management of key accounts and strategic partners.
• Lead the team through the full sales cycle, optimizing the sales funnel.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and enhance the company's brand presence.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the BD team.
• Support the GM in overseeing daily operations of the Shanghai office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in business development, sales management, or general management.
• Strong familiarity with the East China market and established client network in relevant sectors.
• Proven team management experience (directly managing 5+ people).
• Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages.
