What you will do

• Define OEM and Tier 1 strategies in the SerDes Networking Solution, especially ADAS and Infotainment architectures.
• Identify and establish collaboration projects at OEMs and Tier 1s, driving them to completion.
• Understand visionary product requirements and align product definitions.
• Set up business relationships with senior management at OEM/Tier1 to promote NXP products.
• Cooperate and communicate with NXP’s Sales and application engineering teams.

Requirements

• Electrical engineering degree or similar.
• Strong technical knowledge about semiconductor products, particularly in Automotive SerDes, Ethernet, and vehicle electronic architecture.
• Experience with OEM & Tier 1 semiconductor collaboration projects.
• Open mindset for new technology trends (ADAS, EV, vehicle architectures, software trends).
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive semiconductors.
• Very strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in both German and English.
• Willing to travel within the Region.
