Account Executive (SaaS)

TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Developing long-term relationships with assigned clients to ensure optimum use and satisfaction with hirify.global's solutions with an accent on client renewals, expansion, and satisfaction. Focus on strategic account planning, identifying opportunities for improvement, and achieving assigned sales quota.

Location: This is a hybrid role, working three days a week in our beautiful Lehi office.

What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Ensure a high level of satisfaction with hirify.global's solutions and services.
• Create and document strategic account plans for assigned clients.
• Perform remote and onsite client reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate new features and products to assigned clients.
• Identify expansion opportunities within assigned clients and collaborate with other teams.

Requirements

• Accountable for results and deliverables, able to work independently and proactively.
• Experienced in being responsible for Renewal and/or Expansion/Upsell quota and consistent proven success.
• 2+ years of Account Management experience in a Mid-Market software/complex sale, ideally a SaaS environment.
• Global experience is highly preferred.
• Must possess excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
