What you will do

  • Own and execute expansion strategies to identify and capture upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Build and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and proactive engagement.
  • Monitor product adoption metrics to ensure customers realize value and proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline and forecasting discipline within Salesforce to exceed revenue targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in quota-carrying roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly coachable with a growth mindset and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
