What you will do

  • Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy, including go-to-market plans and market expansion priorities.
  • Drive commercial performance across the full revenue lifecycle, spanning new business, expansion, and retention.
  • Lead and optimize funnel and pipeline performance across acquisition and expansion.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing commercial talent.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success to align commercial objectives.
  • Act as a senior commercial voice within the organization, influencing decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B commercial leadership experience in SaaS, digital sales, online marketplace, or payments environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth across SMB segments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Track record of leading teams to consistently deliver against revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
