What you will do
- Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy, including go-to-market plans and market expansion priorities.
- Drive commercial performance across the full revenue lifecycle, spanning new business, expansion, and retention.
- Lead and optimize funnel and pipeline performance across acquisition and expansion.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing commercial talent.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success to align commercial objectives.
- Act as a senior commercial voice within the organization, influencing decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven B2B commercial leadership experience in SaaS, digital sales, online marketplace, or payments environments.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth across SMB segments.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Track record of leading teams to consistently deliver against revenue targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
