What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 inbound SDRs, driving individual and collective SQO attainment
- Carry a personal SQO quota while maintaining high qualification standards
- Run regular 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline debriefs to identify coaching opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives for smooth handoffs and feedback on lead quality
- Own onboarding and ramp plans for new SDR hires
- Champion MEDDPICC qualification framework and track key metrics in HubSpot
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS SDR or sales role, including 1+ year managing quota-carrying reps
- Player-coach mindset: comfortable carrying quota while coaching others
- Data fluency in CRM (HubSpot a plus) to diagnose performance
- Clear, direct, empathetic communication with reps and stakeholders
- Resilience and accountability in fast-paced environment
