About the Role
You will design, own, and execute lifecycle communications across email, push, in-app, and other channels to drive activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. You will build segmentation and personalization, run fast experiments, analyze performance, and implement a scalable CRM architecture while partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM lifecycle marketing retention or marketing automation
- Experience building and optimizing lifecycle systems not just campaigns
- Strong understanding of segmentation personalization and trigger based communications
- Analytical skills and comfort running experiments using data to drive decisions
- Strong product and user sense
- Experience with modern CRM tools (Braze a strong plus)
- Fluent communication in French and English
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced high ownership environment
Responsibilities
- Own CRM and lifecycle strategy across all communication channels
- Design launch and continuously improve lifecycle journeys
- Build and evolve user segmentation for personalized communications
- Identify lifecycle opportunities from user behavior and churn signals
- Run fast iterative experiments on messaging timing frequency and channel mix
- Execute automated journeys and high impact campaigns
- Own migration to Braze and design scalable CRM setup including data structure journeys templates governance and localization
- Analyze performance across engagement and business metrics
- Collaborate with Product Engineering Data Marketing and Compliance to support launches and initiatives
