TL;DR

CRM Engagement Intern (Marketing): Supporting the creation and execution of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns with an accent on transactional communications and data-driven customer journeys. Focus on conducting A/B testing, optimizing CRM automation, and collaborating across product and engineering teams to enhance user personalization.

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid: 2 days remote per week).

Salary: €1,200–€1,400 per month.

What you will do

Lead the implementation of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns alongside brand and design teams.
Develop and analyze transactional CRM communications to improve customer journey flows.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define data requirements for CRM automation.
Conduct A/B testing and provide strategic recommendations for process and performance improvements.
Manage dynamic and personalized content across email, push notifications, and in-app channels.

Requirements

Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail with an experimentation and testing mindset.
Affinity for data, numbers, and statistical analysis.
Basic knowledge or experience with CRM campaign management tools (Braze experience is a plus).
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with programming languages is considered an advantage.
