TL;DR

CRM Engagement Intern (Marketing): Supporting the creation and execution of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns with an accent on transactional communications and data-driven customer journeys. Focus on conducting A/B testing, optimizing CRM automation, and collaborating across product and engineering teams to enhance user personalization.

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid: 2 days remote per week).

Salary: €1,200–€1,400 per month.

What you will do

  • Lead the implementation of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns alongside brand and design teams.
  • Develop and analyze transactional CRM communications to improve customer journey flows.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define data requirements for CRM automation.
  • Conduct A/B testing and provide strategic recommendations for process and performance improvements.
  • Manage dynamic and personalized content across email, push notifications, and in-app channels.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail with an experimentation and testing mindset.
  • Affinity for data, numbers, and statistical analysis.
  • Basic knowledge or experience with CRM campaign management tools (Braze experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with programming languages is considered an advantage.
