TL;DR

Growth Marketer (Marketing Ops): Managing the marketing automation backbone and building new acquisition levers for a nonprofit management software platform with an accent on CRM architecture, lead scoring, and automated growth experiments. Location: Hybrid position, must be able to work from the Paris or Marseille office.

What you will do

  • Own the HubSpot stack, including lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and data attribution.
  • Build and ship new acquisition experiments using AI-powered tools and no-code platforms.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end tracking systems to identify funnel bottlenecks.
  • Develop automated outbound workflows and nurturing sequences for different user segments.
  • Define positioning and go-to-market strategies for new acquisition levers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content teams to ensure cohesive cross-functional growth.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in RevOps, growth marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Expertise in CRM management, specifically with automation and lead scoring design.
  • Proven ability to use AI tools daily for workflow optimization and concrete use cases.
  • Hands-on experience with no-code tools like Zapier, Retool, or Make.
  • Strong analytical mindset for tracking funnel performance and attribution.
  • English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Italian or Spanish.
  • Prior experience with HubSpot specifically.
