What you will do
- Own the HubSpot stack, including lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and data attribution.
- Build and ship new acquisition experiments using AI-powered tools and no-code platforms.
- Design and optimize end-to-end tracking systems to identify funnel bottlenecks.
- Develop automated outbound workflows and nurturing sequences for different user segments.
- Define positioning and go-to-market strategies for new acquisition levers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content teams to ensure cohesive cross-functional growth.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in RevOps, growth marketing, or marketing automation.
- Expertise in CRM management, specifically with automation and lead scoring design.
- Proven ability to use AI tools daily for workflow optimization and concrete use cases.
- Hands-on experience with no-code tools like Zapier, Retool, or Make.
- Strong analytical mindset for tracking funnel performance and attribution.
- English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Italian or Spanish.
- Prior experience with HubSpot specifically.
