What you will do
- Standardize and enforce lead lifecycle definitions and routing logic across all GTM motions.
- Manage the end-to-end marketing-to-SDR handoff, including SLA implementation and speed-to-lead monitoring.
- Oversee marketing data quality, enrichment, and hygiene, ensuring seamless HubSpot-to-Salesforce data synchronization.
- Maintain the HubSpot operational foundation, including property management, automation standards, and segmentation.
- Drive funnel performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities and support revenue goals.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance team productivity.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within B2B SaaS.
- Strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise, including data architecture.
- Proven track record in defining MQL/SQL lifecycles and implementing SLA-based handoffs.
- Solid working knowledge of Salesforce integrations, field mapping, and sync behaviors.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify funnel bottlenecks and implement durable process fixes.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity near Paris, London, or Montpellier.
