TL;DR

Marketing Operations Manager (Marketing/SaaS): Owning core marketing processes with an accent on lead lifecycle governance, marketing-to-SDR handoff, and marketing data management. Focus on building scalable systems, maintaining HubSpot-to-Salesforce data hygiene, and optimizing funnel performance using AI-enhanced workflows.

Location: Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.

Salary: £60,000–£70,000

What you will do

  • Standardize and own lead lifecycle definitions to ensure MQL/SQL consistency across inbound and field motions.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing-to-SDR handoffs, including SLA implementation and speed-to-lead monitoring.
  • Maintain marketing data quality through robust field standards, validation, and enrichment processes.
  • Oversee the HubSpot operational foundation, ensuring scalability in workflows, segmentation, and automation.
  • Analyze funnel performance data across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Metabase to identify conversion optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Demand Gen, and SDR leadership to influence go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise, specifically with Data Hub and workflow architecture.
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce integrations, including field mapping and data sync logic.
  • Experience defining and operationalizing lifecycle governance in a real-world GTM environment.
  • Proven ability to implement SLA monitoring and breach alerting for SDR teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes in funnel performance.
