• Lead Telegram group moderation and execute engaging community campaigns.
• Organize and execute online and offline events to boost user engagement and education.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local crypto communities and universities.
• Support recruitment, training, and management of hirify.global Angels.
• Collect and relay user insights and market trends to internal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in community management, events, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Telegram moderation, bots, and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated success in organizing both offline and online events.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with local communities and universities.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Excellent knowledge of hirify.global products and core features.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools for community engagement and content generation.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
