Infrastructure Integration Lead (M&A) (Cybersecurity)

Location: San Jose, California, United States

Salary: $136,500–$253,500 annual, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead infrastructure due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, identifying risks, gaps, and integration opportunities.
• Design and execute integration plans covering data center consolidation, network integration, and systems alignment.
• Architect enterprise server environments using Windows Server, Linux, Unix, VMware, and Nutanix.
• Plan and execute system migrations, consolidations, and upgrades with minimal downtime.
• Design network integration strategies covering IP schema alignment, firewall rule harmonization, secure interconnectivity, performance, redundancy, and security.
• Lead infrastructure teams, mentor junior engineers, document architecture and procedures, and communicate progress and risks to executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 12 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Proven experience integrating infrastructure during M&A activities.
• Strong expertise in systems engineering, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with systems, networks, virtualization, SAN/NAS storage, and backup solutions.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
