TL;DR

Regional Account Executive (Sales): Selling innovative safety technology to public sector clients, focusing on demand generation, partnerships, and full sales cycle management. Focus on consultative sales approach and solving customer's problems in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Location: Must live local to Chicago territory

Salary: $125,000 base, $250,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle software sales within a defined territory.
  • Develop new business through outbound sales strategies.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Flock's technical products.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and check-ins with directors and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of full cycle sales experience, with an emphasis on outside/field software sales.
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business.
  • Able to quickly digest and learn technical products.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification as a condition of employment.

Nice to have

  • Startup experience is a plus.
