TL;DR

Staff Product Manager (Ads): Owning the strategy, roadmap, and growth trajectory for the App Acquisition advertising business with an accent on privacy-constrained measurement and signal optimization. Focus on building durable, scalable advertising solutions and driving mobile app advertiser performance through advanced targeting and attribution frameworks.

Location: Must work in office 4+ days per week in Bellevue, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, or Seattle

What you will do

  • Define the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for advertiser-facing app acquisition products.
  • Navigate complex privacy landscapes and platform-level changes, including SKAN and ATT frameworks.
  • Partner with measurement, ranking, and targeting teams to drive cohesive product execution.
  • Collaborate with the MMP ecosystem to ensure alignment on attribution and signal optimization.
  • Leverage data analysis and A/B testing to inform product decisions and improve advertiser performance.
  • Engage with sales and advertisers to identify opportunities and enhance product workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in consumer or digital advertising products.
  • Deep expertise in mobile advertising, app acquisition, and MMP platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage privacy measurement frameworks like SKAN and ATT.
  • Strong systems thinking across ad delivery, targeting, and ranking stacks.
  • Track record of driving growth in performance advertising products.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience.
