What you will do

• Own the end-to-end engagement and retention experience across web, mobile, and CTV platforms.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, reliable product features.
• Drive measurable business outcomes including subscriber retention, viewer engagement, and NPS.
• Develop clear, data-backed business cases to influence executive stakeholders.
• Run a steady cadence of experiments using device and browser segmentation to iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to ensure successful go-to-market launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally shipping consumer experiences across web, mobile, and CTV.
• Proven track record of outcome-oriented, strategic product decisions based on customer feedback and data.
• Experience in B2C subscription or consumer businesses where retention and activation are key metrics.
• Ability to build own models and analyses without relying solely on a data team.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate workflows, prototyping, and analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as this is a full-time US-based role.
