TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Ads): Leading the development and execution of product strategy for ad targeting, personalization, and measurement with an accent on privacy compliance and scalable ad experiences. Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Irvine, CA; or New York City, NY with West Coast (PST) working hours.

Salary: $151,200 – $235,200 USD (depending on location and qualifications).

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end product strategy and vision for ad targeting, personalization, and measurement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, science, policy, and operations teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
  • Analyze KPIs and user feedback to identify pain points and drive product optimization.
  • Contribute to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and strategy.
  • Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of product launches.
  • Ensure all advertising experiences meet privacy and accessibility regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Must be based in or able to work from designated US hub locations (San Francisco, Seattle, Irvine, or New York).
  • Ability to work West Coast (PST) hours.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and defining 1-2 year product strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to run product experiments and perform in-depth performance analysis.
  • Strong technical judgment and experience translating product ideas into measurable impact.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience working on ad products.
  • Experience with ad supply generation initiatives and new ad formats.
  • Background in ad targeting or measurement technologies.
