Senior Account Manager (Design)

Senior Account Manager (Design): Supporting the Account Director with client relationships and day-to-day workflow management, ensuring quality output and growth for the agency and client. Location: Hybrid/on-site in Boston, MA 2-3 days per week.

Salary: $82,000 - $92,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Act as a main point of contact for client-specific matters and build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing, production, and design projects, including Retail, POS, Digital, Video, Social, and Outdoor needs.
• Contribute to strategic project planning, including brainstorming sessions and presentation deck preparation.
• Develop proposals for large/complex projects or account growth and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of expenses.
• Provide internal leadership on pricing, project structure, agency processes, and client communications.

Requirements

• Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 year’s experience as an Account Manager in a design / creative environment; 2 years as a Senior Account Manager highly preferred.
• Client on-site experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including executive and C-level.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
