What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic liaison for a portfolio of VIP/enterprise legal clients.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with SEO, PPC, Social, and Content teams to deliver results-driven campaigns.
- Conduct executive business reviews to communicate performance insights and strategic opportunities.
- Drive client retention and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities to grow account revenue.
- Monitor digital channel performance and translate marketing data into actionable executive recommendations.
- Manage client budgets, forecast account growth, and ensure contractual compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- 2+ years of client-facing account management experience in a digital marketing agency.
- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise or VIP-level accounts.
- 1+ year of experience working specifically with legal clients.
- Proven track record of managing account growth and upselling.
