What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic liaison for a portfolio of VIP/enterprise legal clients.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with SEO, PPC, Social, and Content teams to deliver results-driven campaigns.
  • Conduct executive business reviews to communicate performance insights and strategic opportunities.
  • Drive client retention and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities to grow account revenue.
  • Monitor digital channel performance and translate marketing data into actionable executive recommendations.
  • Manage client budgets, forecast account growth, and ensure contractual compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • 2+ years of client-facing account management experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • 2+ years of experience managing enterprise or VIP-level accounts.
  • 1+ year of experience working specifically with legal clients.
  • Proven track record of managing account growth and upselling.
