Client Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (Retail)

Client Account Manager (Retail): Collaborating with Client Partners on campaign execution and optimizations to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the hirify.global platform with an accent on managing revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues. Focus on developing KPI-driven campaign recommendations and shaping hirify.global’s native ads product roadmap.

Location: This role is required to be based in person in Los Angeles or San Francisco.

Salary: $105,000 - $147,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive year-over-year hirify.global revenue growth.
• Lead and execute campaign launches, delivering insightful optimization recommendations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal account operations, including managing revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues.
• Educate brands and media agencies, effectively communicating hirify.global’s value proposition and best practices for advertising on the platform.
• Shape hirify.global’s native ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners.
• Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Excel preferred.
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
