TL;DR

Client Success Manager: Helping mid-market clients grow and retain their digital business with hirify.global with an accent on structured success planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional implementation of growth initiatives. Focus on analyzing ecommerce performance, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Location: Chicago / Hybrid

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location.

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of clients with accountability for retention, growth, and overall account health.
  • Build and maintain client success plans tied to business goals, risks, and measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze ecommerce performance across areas such as conversion, renewals, payment success, and customer experience.
  • Deliver regular business reviews to communicate trends, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships across key stakeholders.
  • Identify growth and optimization opportunities and assist Sales on commercial expansion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, ecommerce, or client-facing consulting in a technology environment.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive retention, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into recommendations.
  • Experience building success plans, leading business reviews, and identifying risk.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with experience working with senior management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and common reporting tools, Power BI experience is a plus.
