What you will do
- Own and design the end-to-end email marketing and nurture calendar to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Build and optimize smart lists, engagement programs, triggers, and templates within Marketo.
- Lead a structured experimentation roadmap, running hypotheses-driven tests to improve funnel performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Events, and Paid Media to execute integrated campaigns.
- Manage external agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution and performance oversight.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to diagnose funnel gaps and inform strategic prioritization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing within B2B environments.
- At least 2 years of hands-on technical experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
- Proven track record of managing customer marketing programs that drive measurable growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategy.
- Experience managing offshore agencies and collaborating across multiple internal departments.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the London office.
