TL;DR
Account Manager, Search (Paid Search): Managing daily execution of paid search activity and team development with an accent on platform optimization, campaign analysis, and stakeholder relationship management. Location: Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK. This role follows a hybrid work model with expectation to be in the office approximately four days a week.

What you will do
- Oversee day-to-day execution of paid search accounts and campaign deliverables.
- Manage, mentor, and coach team members to ensure professional development and effective workload distribution.
- Develop and implement paid search strategies, media plans, and tactical optimizations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, colleagues, and external suppliers.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights, reporting, and forecasting.
- Contribute to internal operational excellence by identifying and recommending process improvements.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Proven professional experience in Paid Search and PPC management.
- Active certifications in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience managing individuals, overseeing workloads, and mentoring team members.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience in performance data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in recruitment and interviewing processes.
- Demonstrated history of driving innovation or test-and-learn initiatives within search.
