TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving the full sales cycle for an AI-powered legal technology platform with an accent on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship management. Location: Must be based in Miami, FL

Salary: $100,000 base + commission

hirify.global is a fast-growing, AI-driven vertical SaaS company on a mission to bridge the justice gap for personal injury victims by enabling faster and more accurate legal settlements.

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to final contract closure.
  • Conduct 30 cold calls daily to generate at least 3 self-sourced meetings weekly.
  • Meet prospects in person 1-3 days per week to demonstrate product value and build lasting relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to secure new partnerships with law firms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to align on sales strategy and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an end-to-end sales process, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competitive spirit with a self-driven, results-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to accurate data hygiene and effective tool utilization.
