Compensation: $70–$91 per hour

What you will do
- Provide onsite consultation and support to managers and employees at the customer location.
- Conduct individual therapy, triage, and safety planning for high-risk situations.
- Offer strategic consultations to leadership on wellbeing, stress management, and organizational culture.
- Deliver training sessions on topics like resilience, psychological safety, and leadership effectiveness.
- Coordinate critical incident response and manage formal referral processes.
- Identify workplace trends and recommend targeted interventions to improve productivity and morale.
Requirements
- Must hold an unrestricted psychotherapy license in Missouri (MO) and Kansas (KS) (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist).
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician.
- Training and experience in management consultation and critical incident response.
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities, specifically solution-focused therapy.
- Strong technology skills, including familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Must be able to work onsite in O'Fallon, MO for the specified weekly schedule.
