Speech Language Pathologist

Salary: $31.72–$55.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Evaluate and diagnose speech and language deficits in a virtual environment.
• Develop and implement effective, evidence-based virtual treatment programs.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff regarding testing results and treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all student services.
• Ensure compliance with IEP meeting timelines and federal/state regulations.
• Respond to communication requests from parents and school staff within a 24-hour window.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in communication disorders or speech-language pathology.
• ASHA CCC certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience in an educational setting.
• Experience with school-based therapy (PK-12) and IEP meetings.
• Must be eligible for SLP licensure in the United States.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and FERPA compliance.

Nice to have

• Previous teletherapy experience.
• Alaska Speech License and Educational Certification.
