What you will do

• Conduct individual and group alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Perform intake and readmission services for new and returning patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Assist in implementing new programs and provide in-service training to staff.

Requirements

• Must hold current Kansas counseling credentials (tLAC, LAC, PLPC, LPC, LMAC, or LMSW).
• Must be able to work onsite in Overland Park, KS.
• Degree in a human services-related field (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professional judgment.
• Strong understanding of human behavior and substance abuse treatment populations.
