What you will do

• Assist clients in accessing essential health services and community resources.
• Teach classes on navigating the healthcare system and facilitate mental health screenings.
• Provide public transit orientations or transport clients to medical appointments.
• Enter and track client data in internal systems.
• Participate in weekly health program meetings and supervision.
• Identify areas for program growth and assist in achieving development goals.

Requirements

• Background or current study in public health, health promotion, social work, or psychology.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to drive clients.
• Must pass a required background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
