What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for substance use disorders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive patient treatment plans and clinical records.
• Perform intake and readmission services for new and returning patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Participate in staff training and community relations activities.

Requirements

• Must hold current Kansas counseling credentials (tLAC, LAC, PLPC, LPC, LMAC, or LMSW).
• Must possess a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in human services.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential patient information with professional judgment.
• Strong understanding of human behavior and substance abuse rehabilitation.
• Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment and follow supervisory direction.
