Salary: $46,400–$136,000 USD (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Prospect into an assigned territory to identify and generate new business leads.
  • Follow up on incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Use Salesforce to accurately manage calls, leads, and active opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to grow the business.
  • Deliver an excellent customer journey through phone, chat, and email communication.
  • Contribute to the refinement of sales tools and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Minneapolis, MN or Eau Claire, WI area.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business, or an entrepreneurial role.
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and B2B sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and business acumen.
  • High level of resourcefulness and a drive for results.
