TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Enterprise): Generating sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting in new and existing accounts with an accent on emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach. Focus on identifying business initiatives and challenges faced by prospective customers, along with the key decision makers who are affected.
Location: Toronto, ON or Austin, TX. While there is no set in-office requirement, there is an expectation of approximately 3 days per week in-office, as business and team needs require.
Salary: $61,000 - $85,000 USD (USA-based roles) or $63,000 - $88,000 CAD (Canada-based roles) and is commission-eligible.

What you will do
- Strategically prospect into new accounts, leveraging unique roles and strengths to achieve shared goals.
- Deepen your understanding of the product, its use cases, and company initiatives through the onboarding program and Learning Management System.
- Leverage an industry-leading software stack in your outbound prospecting, including Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Zoominfo and Linkedin Sales Navigator.
- Be creative and try new tactics and strategies.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of relevant professional experience with prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, and researching.
- A strong sense of curiosity, enabling you to identify business initiatives and challenges faced by prospective customers, along with the key decision makers who are affected.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong motivation and a goal-oriented approach, with a proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency using Salesforce and Outreach.
- Strong organization and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks.
