TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (Sales): Generating and qualifying leads for the Legal or Home Service sales team with an accent on outbound prospecting and CRM management. Focus on identifying prospects, conveying the company value proposition, and hitting monthly targets for qualified demos and appointments.
Location: Must be based in commuting distance of the Dallas, TX office and available to work onsite 4-5 days per week.
Salary: $65,000–$85,000 (Base + Annual Variable)

What you will do
- Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to generate sales-ready opportunities.
- Execute daily strategic outbound calls and emails to potential clients.
- Align solutions with prospect business objectives and unique market needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine and optimize outreach strategies.
- Maintain clean, accurate prospect data within Salesforce CRM.
- Exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, demos, and closed deals.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Dallas, TX, 4-5 days per week.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales or relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
- Experience or familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
