What you will do

• Design and ship AI-driven workflows to automate internal processes like pipeline reviews and reporting.
• Embed with business teams to identify bottlenecks and map opportunities for AI intervention.
• Build a prioritized backlog of automation projects based on measurable time-saving impact.
• Establish governance guidelines for secure and effective AI usage across the organization.
• Solve internal context debt by creating robust information flow systems.
• Iterate directly on systems, configuring tools and orchestrating workflows rather than just managing strategy.

Requirements

• Based in San Francisco and available for regular in-office work.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, operations, or systems-building.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI-powered workflows or internal tools.
• Technical fluency in AI tooling, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and iterate quickly in a high-growth startup environment.

Nice to have

• Background in healthcare technology, including familiarity with HIPAA and EMR integrations.
• Experience in BizOps or RevOps at high-growth startups.
• Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems like Claude, GPT, and integration platforms.
