Compensation: $200,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and ship AI-driven workflows to automate internal processes like pipeline reviews and reporting.
- Embed with business teams to identify bottlenecks and map opportunities for AI intervention.
- Build a prioritized backlog of automation projects based on measurable time-saving impact.
- Establish governance guidelines for secure and effective AI usage across the organization.
- Solve internal context debt by creating robust information flow systems.
- Iterate directly on systems, configuring tools and orchestrating workflows rather than just managing strategy.
Requirements
- Based in San Francisco and available for regular in-office work.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, operations, or systems-building.
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI-powered workflows or internal tools.
- Technical fluency in AI tooling, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and iterate quickly in a high-growth startup environment.
Nice to have
- Background in healthcare technology, including familiarity with HIPAA and EMR integrations.
- Experience in BizOps or RevOps at high-growth startups.
- Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems like Claude, GPT, and integration platforms.
