What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of engine initiatives, from initial concept through to final completion.
• Drive planning at sprint, milestone, and roadmap levels while aligning scheduling goals with technical priorities.
• Partner with engineering and discipline leads to define scope, execution strategies, and priorities.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple teams.
• Manage daily production operations, including sprint planning, feature tracking, and status reporting.
• Foster cross-discipline communication to ensure clarity, shared understanding, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in producer, project manager, or program manager roles.
• Strong background in game development pipelines and technical systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs or large-scale game feature sets.
• Expertise in identifying risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to influence across disciplines and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
