Technical Producer - Engine (Apex Legends)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple engine initiatives, from concept through completion.
• Drive sprint, milestone, and roadmap planning while aligning schedules with game and technology priorities.
• Partner with engineering and discipline leads to define scope, priorities, and execution strategies.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams.
• Oversee sprint planning, feature tracking, schedule management, release planning, and day-to-day production operations.
• Communicate program status through roadmaps, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder updates while improving production processes.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as a producer, project manager, or program manager, ideally in game development or software engineering.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or large-scale game feature sets from planning through delivery.
• Experience managing multiple teams, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and technical systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and influencing skills across disciplines and seniority levels.
• Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence, including tracking initiatives, epics, and task-level progress.
