Production Manager (Contract) (Game Development)

Base pay range: $70–$106 USD

What you will do

• Plan, track, and coordinate central initiatives across hirify.global Studios.
• Support leaders and development teams in communicating production challenges, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-studio process improvements and maintain accountability for leadership commitments.
• Establish reporting frameworks and maintain accurate, actionable project information.
• Support studio reviews, leadership forums, and executive decision-making communications.
• Document and standardize production workflows while improving efficiency and reducing operational friction.

Requirements

• Project management experience in game development or game publishing.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive progress in evolving situations.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall, and tools including Jira, Confluence, or Asana.

Nice to have

• Background in production, product management, program management, or operations.
• Experience supporting leadership decision-making or executive operating rhythms.
• Familiarity with scaling processes and best practices across teams.
