Develop an early-access video game through multidisciplinary production teams and external partners.
What you will do
- Coordinate content deliverables including level design, object creation, and missions.
- Manage multidisciplinary production processes and implement flexible workflows for rapid iteration.
- Translate project objectives into prioritized tasks with clear success criteria.
- Monitor progress, manage deadlines and milestone risks, and eliminate production bottlenecks.
- Communicate project vision, requirements, and production status across teams.
- Support the coordination team, leads, and directors while fostering team cohesion.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in production or project management, particularly in video games.
- Understanding of video game development processes and interdependencies between disciplines.
- Experience with project planning and Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methods.
- Experience with JIRA or other task and bug management software.
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to adapt, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative, attentive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Additional experience in another role within a video game team.
- SCRUM Master certification.
