Lead Gameplay Producer (Game Development)

Location: Boston, United States; in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity

Salary: $143,000–$218,500 annually, with potential eligibility for a long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead production teams and support their growth in collaboration with the Executive Producer.
• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional development teams to maintain alignment with project goals.
• Build cohesive, high-performing teams that can self-organize and solve challenges independently.
• Oversee planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, requirements gathering, and production workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks, remove impediments, and improve incremental delivery and integration.
• Coach and mentor producers and development teams while driving continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a game development Producer, including experience leading projects and managing producers.
• Experience developing and shipping AAA titles and managing large-scale projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines, technical limitations, test-driven development, continuous integration, and DevOps.
• Deep knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
• Ability to work in Boston, US, in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity.
