What you will do

• Translate audio priorities and project needs into production plans covering scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, quality, and technical constraints.
• Coordinate sound effects and music production support across multiple projects, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Align audio leadership and development teams on shared strategies, technical initiatives, tooling, workflows, milestones, and production standards.
• Act as the primary production contact between shared development services, game teams, technical stakeholders, and vendors.
• Track vendor resources, spending, contracts, roadmaps, schedules, risks, dependencies, status updates, and decisions.
• Support cross-project decision-making by communicating context, trade-offs, risks, and blockers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager supporting music, sound design, or audio production in games, film, media, or entertainment.
• Experience planning and tracking projects within structured development pipelines, including scope, schedules, resources, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities, shared resources, and cross-team dependencies.
• Experience coordinating external partners, outsourcing, or co-development teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills across global and cross-cultural teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar project tracking and documentation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor budgeting, forecasting, procurement, or contract coordination.
• Interest in sound design and music for multimedia.
