What you will do

• Review verification submissions for compliance, conduct KYC checks, and analyze digital footprints.
• Perform QA on AI-generated decisions to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Analyze verification processes to optimize workflows and identify risks.
• Handle escalations for complex verification cases in partnership with internal teams.
• Provide prompt support via email, Slack, and ServiceNow to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT
• 1-2 years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage workloads and meet SLAs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to new systems and workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Slack.
• Background in KYC checks and brand legitimacy verification.
• Quality assurance expertise in process review and compliance.
• Experience in project coordination and task execution.
