What you will do

• Own compliance workflows related to GDPR, data protection, and global AI-specific regulations.
• Draft and maintain AI system inventories and perform necessary risk assessments.
• Review and update legal terms, including TOS, Privacy Notices, and content policies.
• Manage day-to-day contract issues such as NDAs, licenses, and DMCA notices.
• Collaborate regularly with the Ethics and Compliance Officer to develop and implement legal recommendations.
• Research and analyze the impact of emerging legal developments on platform operations.

Requirements

• Legal degree (Masters of Law, Juris Doctor, or equivalent).
• 2-6 years of professional experience in legal or compliance roles.
• At least 2 years of direct experience with contracts and data protection law (e.g., DPAs, TIAs).
• Perfectly fluent in English (C1+).
• Comfortable reviewing and discussing uncensored AI-generated and NSFW content.

Nice to have

• Full certification as an attorney or legal counsel.
• Prior experience in AI-specific compliance.
• Fluency in additional languages.
