What you will do

• Identify and investigate suspicious merchant and transaction activity.
• Optimize sales-to-fraud ratios to minimize financial losses.
• Monitor transactions using internal and external fraud prevention tools.
• Provide detailed reporting on fraud trends and chargeback metrics to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, remote-friendly environment.
• Maintain clear documentation and tracking for fraud cases and investigations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or a payment-related environment.
• Strong understanding of fraud rule management and prevention systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and manipulating large datasets using Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team and across different time zones.
